ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

The services you’ve selected through the booking system are an estimate only. Prices may vary depending on the coloring technique, amount of time, length of hair and amount of color and product used to create the desired effect. We strive to make sure you leave our salon satisfied. In the event you are not happy with your style, we will fix it for you free of charge. We do not refund completed services.

CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a full-service charge to their credit card or on account to be paid on the following visit. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their missed appointment.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for all services and must be received prior to booking an appointment. We require a 50% deposit. Deposits are not an additional charge and will be taken off the total cost at the end of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits can only be made through credit card (no debit) as is standard for the Canadian banking system.

UNDERAGE CLIENTS:
Clients under the age of 16 are welcome to receive studio services but need to be accompanied by an adult. Must be 12 years of age or older. Infants and toddlers are advised not to attend because of certain chemicals used at Kinks. No strollers can be accommodated due to intimate setting. It is also a mature environment.
